In Person Training

Alleno calciatori di ogni età a Brescia con percorsi personalizzati in palestra e, quando serve, anche in campo. Il focus è migliorare gli schemi di movimento con e senza palla, diventare più forti, veloci e potenti, e ridurre il rischio di infortuni oppure rientrare in sicurezza dopo uno stop.
​Come Funziona
Si lavora con pacchetti da 5 o 10 sedute. Ogni percorso inizia con una sessione di testing e analisi per raccogliere dati oggettivi su forza, controllo motorio, asimmetrie e qualità del movimento. Da qui costruiamo il programma più adatto ai tuoi obiettivi e al calendario delle partite.


Cosa Facciamo In Pratica
Lavoro in palestra per forza, potenza e capacità di esprimere forza in tempi brevi
Esercizi di coordinazione e controllo posturale per migliorare cambi di direzione, accelerazione e decelerazione
Transfer al gioco con esercitazioni situazionali e richieste cognitive semplici ma specifiche

Prevenzione infortuni con progressioni mirate su caviglia, ginocchio, anca e core
Return to play graduale quando si rientra da infortunio
