Alleno calciatori di ogni età a Brescia con percorsi personalizzati in palestra e, quando serve, anche in campo. Il focus è migliorare gli schemi di movimento con e senza palla, diventare più forti, veloci e potenti, e ridurre il rischio di infortuni oppure rientrare in sicurezza dopo uno stop.

​Come Funziona

Si lavora con pacchetti da 5 o 10 sedute. Ogni percorso inizia con una sessione di testing e analisi per raccogliere dati oggettivi su forza, controllo motorio, asimmetrie e qualità del movimento. Da qui costruiamo il programma più adatto ai tuoi obiettivi e al calendario delle partite.

Cosa Facciamo In Pratica

Lavoro in palestra per forza, potenza e capacità di esprimere forza in tempi brevi

 Esercizi di coordinazione e controllo posturale per migliorare cambi di direzione, accelerazione e decelerazione

Transfer al gioco con esercitazioni situazionali e richieste cognitive semplici ma specifiche

 Prevenzione infortuni con progressioni mirate su caviglia, ginocchio, anca e core

 Return to play graduale quando si rientra da infortunio

Per chi è

Per giocatori che vogliono un percorso chiaro e misurabile. Ideale in pre season, durante la stagione per mantenimento e picchi di forma, o nei periodi di recupero post infortunio.

Every summer I return to Manchester for one or two intensive weeks of off season coaching designed to prepare players for a strong preseason. These sessions take place on the pitch and focus on the physical, technical, and positional demands of modern football.

Who It’s For

Players who want to arrive at preseason sharper, fitter, faster, and more confident.
Ideal for academy players, semi-pros, and serious youth players looking for a structured off-season boost.

How It Works

Availability is limited to a short period in June.
Sessions can be booked individually or across multiple days to build momentum and target specific goals.

Each session lasts one hour and is built around high quality, game relevant work:

Technical refinement with and without the ball

Movement skill development for acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction

Position specific exercises to match your role and playing style

Football conditioning to get you ready for the demands of preseason

Simple, effective cognitive and tactical triggers woven into the drills

Every off-season I run a focused week of small group sessions in London designed to help players sharpen their individual qualities while training in a supportive, competitive environment. These sessions give you the freedom to express yourself, work on your game without pressure, and build confidence before returning to your club.

Who It’s For

Any player looking to improve during the off season - pro, academy, semi pro, or ambitious youth.
Ideal if you want a structured, enjoyable, and challenging week of training before returning to your manager and club environment.
