Co-founder and Senior Trainer

Joseph is an experienced Athletic Trainer with a background in sports science. He has over 10 years of experience in the field, specializing in athletic testing, sports performance enhancement and injury prevention. Joseph is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels improve their physical performance and reach their full potential. He is highly skilled in identifying and preventing potential injuries, ensuring that athletes can stay healthy on and off the field.
